Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and launch the dive center, including recruitment, team development, facility readiness, and implementing systems, processes, and standards.
  • •Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day dive center operations and full compliance with dive safety manuals and international standards.
  • •Recruit, build, lead, and develop a high-performing dive operations team, managing up to 13 diving professionals.
  • •Oversee daily diving activities and lead dive excursions, including delivery and oversight of dive training and certification programs.
  • •Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate dive-related sales and retail operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Certified PADI Instructor.
  • •Minimum of 500 logged dives.
  • •Certified at least 50 students across all core courses.
  • •Proven experience in dive center and/or resort management across multiple geographic locations.
  • •Extensive diving health and safety experience with strong understanding of dive business/resort operations.
