Job Summary

Support the Global Markets Group’s Middle Office and Business Risk team by validating FX, interest rate derivatives, and trade finance/letters of credit transactions. Maintain deal-level documentation and reporting, resolve settlement discrepancies, reconcile confirmations, and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly risk and regulatory updates. Partner closely with Front Office and Back Office to strengthen control frameworks, perform system administration, and assist with audit and client valuation reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Expand Middle Office responsibilities for FX, interest rate derivatives, and trade finance/letters of credit to ensure regulatory/control conformance.
•Support transaction validation, reconciliation, reporting, and business risk oversight with Front Office and Back Office.
•Audit and independently verify new IRD transaction files/folders; investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies and interest settlement items.
•Perform FX and trade finance control activities, including quality control on fees/transactions and client reports to AML.
•Maintain systems of record and support reporting cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including risk updates, key risk indicators, and audit-related documentation.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of related experience in Treasury, Middle Office, or a similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
•Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations (e.g., deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management).
•Entry level to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and industry standards.
•Intermediate to advanced familiarity with AI tools and concepts (NLP, ML, LLM, agentic AI, generative AI, NN); advanced spreadsheet and CRM/BI familiarity preferred.
