Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual tasks throughout the design, procurement, and construction process, including furniture install and coordination with client IT.
  • •Collaborate with the client team to identify initial budgets and scheduling during project feasibility.
  • •Set up and lead meetings, transcribe meeting minutes, and drive action items to closure.
  • •Ensure project compliance with the client’s document controls and file specifications while coordinating client stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • •Run procurement, manage quotations and order placement, coordinate contracts/master service agreements, handle change orders, attend site visits, and support project closeout including punch-list and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction.
  • •Retail fit-out experience is required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • •PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • •Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or P6.
