Key Responsibilities

  • •Reinforce didactic content by teaching the clinical and lab application of MedSurg knowledge and skills for pre-licensure nursing.
  • •Collaborate with content area faculty to evaluate and document student progress toward clinical and lab objectives.
  • •Grade written and clinical/lab performance check-offs.
  • •Preserve communication with program faculty and the director, including attending select faculty meetings.
  • •Maintain compliance with program accreditation requirements and remain current with nursing practice trends.
