Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the ML Engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and setting clear ownership and roadmap execution.
  • •Set ML strategy and multi-quarter roadmap by turning ambiguous priorities into measurable agendas.
  • •Raise the production engineering bar so models and agents ship as dependable software with APIs, tests, CI/CD, observability, on-call ownership, and reliability targets.
  • •Build shared ML operating model capabilities: evaluation, golden sets, training-data provenance, versioning, monitoring, retraining, latency, and cost.
  • •Advance core product intelligence and launch AI/fraud products, partnering with Product, Security, Operations, and go-to-market teams while driving an agentic transition.
