Interact with guests in a friendly, natural manner while supporting a high-volume bar experience. Sell beverages and menu items, deliver orders promptly, prioritize drink production, and prepare drinks to standard recipes and venue specifications. Maintain safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service, verify IDs when required, and record equipment or safety issues. Handle POS transactions, payments, bartender bank procedures, and occasional special events as scheduled.
