Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items; deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
  • •Prepare beverages per standard recipes/venue specifications and comply with control systems.
  • •Monitor guest alcohol consumption, refuse further alcohol when needed, and follow responsible alcohol service policies.
  • •Process payments and maintain bar operations including guest checks, bartender bank, cash pull/check-out, and comp/spill checks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.97 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) as required by state/county licensing.
  • •Ability to work late hours and handle a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • •Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork; ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
