  • •Design by making: own complex product areas end-to-end and ship functional prototypes as the primary thinking tool

  • •Set product direction by providing strategic design input and saying no to the right things to reduce ambiguity
  • •Hold an unreasonable standard for craft to ensure usability, interaction quality, and visual refinement in banking products
  • •Work AI-native by identifying where AI belongs in the product experience and accelerating processes with AI tools
