  • •Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across IPTs to meet/exceed cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • •Act as primary technical point of contact with senior customer counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
  • •Influence and align internal and external customers on technical capabilities, technical risks, and common architecture needs.
  • •Direct a team of multi-disciplined engineers in support of product development and production.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with system development and design, requirements development, management, verification, system integration and test, and production.
  • •Experience working on modular systems architectures and product lines.
  • •Experience as a technical leader who can develop work plans and drive execution, including leading engineering teams.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
