Job Summary

Lead technical execution for the Standard Missile-6 (SM-6) Transition to Production (TTP) effort, partnering with the TTP Program Manager and Production Growth Director to coordinate work across IPTs. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior customers and internal leadership, set program technical direction, maintain cadence, and ensure engineering integrity, cost/schedule/technical performance, and delivery of contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and manage product vision, strategy, and goals to align with multiple programs/customers and resolve conflicts.
•Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across IPTs to meet/exceed cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
•Act as primary technical point of contact with senior customer counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
•Influence and align internal and external customers on technical capabilities, technical risks, and common architecture needs.
•Direct a team of multi-disciplined engineers in support of product development and production.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with system development and design, requirements development, management, verification, system integration and test, and production.
•Experience working on modular systems architectures and product lines.
•Experience as a technical leader who can develop work plans and drive execution, including leading engineering teams.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
