Key Responsibilities

  • •Define C-suite scope and value by partnering with sales to map organization, quantify business value, and define pilot success criteria and timeline
  • •Own end-to-end product ownership by authoring PRD, prioritizing engineering backlog, managing scope, and performing hands-on QA
  • •Lead agile project execution and stakeholder communications from executives to engineers, acting as escalation manager
  • •Oversee solution launch and landing, capturing user feedback, iterating, and proving business value to drive adoption
  • •Strategically hand off and grow the engagement by maintaining maintenance plans, creating customer documentation/training, and identifying next high-value FDE opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •Executive presence and superb communication with the ability to build rapport and drive decisions quickly
  • •Product thinking and systems thinking to define what to build and why
  • •Relentless execution with a hands-on, escalation-capable mindset
  • •2+ years as Deployment Strategist or 2+ years at a builder/founder capacity in a high-growth startup (or 5+ years in senior client-facing product/delivery roles)
  • •Proven skills in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), agile software project management, PRD writing, and travel willingness up to 50%
