Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the credit union and its staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance management, and long-term goal alignment.
  • •Direct financial strategy and reporting, including annual operating budget proposals, financial statements, and investment status reporting.
  • •Serve as Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and manage state and federal audits, including BSA and Anti-Money Laundering programs.
  • •Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring withdrawal and loan needs, maintaining cash policies, and coordinating ACH and cash requirements.
  • •Facilitate board governance and support member engagement by leading monthly board meetings and overseeing marketing, advertising, and quarterly communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with ten-plus years of work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Ability to independently manage assigned workload within established deadlines in a high-pressure team environment using initiative and independent judgment.
  • •Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and within established time frames.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
  • •Proficient in use of Excel and Word.
