Job Summary

Lead and oversee the day-to-day financial and operational management of Brown-Forman Employees Credit Union. Drive financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, liquidity, and investment status updates, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (including BSA/AML). Manage cash flow coordination and technology/vendor integrity, protect member assets, and support board governance and member engagement through marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the credit union and its staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance management, and long-term goal alignment.
•Direct financial strategy and reporting, including annual operating budget proposals, financial statements, and investment status reporting.
•Serve as Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and manage state and federal audits, including BSA and Anti-Money Laundering programs.
•Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring withdrawal and loan needs, maintaining cash policies, and coordinating ACH and cash requirements.
•Facilitate board governance and support member engagement by leading monthly board meetings and overseeing marketing, advertising, and quarterly communications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with ten-plus years of work experience preferred, or an equivalent combination.
•Ability to independently manage assigned workload within established deadlines in a high-pressure team environment using initiative and independent judgment.
•Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and within established time frames.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
•Proficient in use of Excel and Word.
