Job Summary

Drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities by translating customer, business, and product needs into actionable digital outcomes. Lead discovery, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine the product backlog to balance value, impact, feasibility, and delivery risk. Partner across business stakeholders, engineering, designers, and SMEs to align priorities, communicate progress, and support Agile delivery. Use feedback and performance metrics to optimize adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth while mentoring junior Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with customer needs and business goals.
•Lead product discovery, identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into outcomes.
•Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog considering value, impact, feasibility, and delivery risks.
•Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, designers, and SMEs to align priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
•Champion Agile practices and mentor Product Owners and junior team members to improve collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital product organizations.
•Strong product discovery, roadmap definition, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of customer-centric digital solutions.
•Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum and Kanban, in cross-functional environments.
•Fluent English with demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority.
