Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, plan, and direct the region’s global airports to ensure safe, secure, compliant operations.
  • •Drive the highest customer service standards through sustainable strategic plans for world-class airport operations.
  • •Maintain regional management oversight of area and airport performance, including outsourced functions and SLA requirements.
  • •Deliver short- and long-term financial and budget plans, and efficiently manage the workforce and resource utilisation.
  • •Plan and direct station start-ups and changes (service provider, terminal, flight schedules) without compromising safety, security, or operational integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education.
  • •Minimum 10 years airline and/or GHA experience, including 5 years in an Airport Management capacity or airports head office management role.
  • •Provide strong leadership in an airport management capacity to deliver safety, security, quality, operations, and customer service objectives.
  • •Experience driving financial and budget plans and managing workforce/resource utilisation across airport operations.
  • •Previous international assignment would be highly advantageous.
