Job Summary

Drive Taco Bell International’s profitable restaurant expansion by managing the international development pipeline and translating performance data into actionable strategy recommendations. Partner with field Development teams and Finance to align on strategic goals, evaluate unit performance, build dashboards, and enhance the Asset Information System (AIS). Provide financial analysis and modeling to support investment prioritization, market planning, portfolio optimization, and development agreements/incentives.

•Assist in developing strategic vision and tracking progress with field Development teams
•Track and manage the international development pipeline, identifying opportunities/risks and communicating with TBI leadership
•Develop and maintain dashboards to assess new restaurant growth, reinvestment actions, and sales/investment results
•Evaluate new unit performance and provide financial analysis/modeling to inform decisions on market entries and portfolio optimization
•Lead Asset Information System (AIS) strategy execution and partner with Finance on an Equity Investment Assessment process

•Highly analytical with strong influencing, interpersonal, organizational, and self-starter skills in a fast-paced environment
