Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage high-end models and simulations (including Lattice Mission Simulation) to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training.
  • •Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities and support iterative product improvement.
  • •Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze tactical engagement- and mission-level analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
  • •Lead warfighting capability analysts and collaborate with engineering and business development teams to deliver rigorous, data-driven analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance.
  • •7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline.
  • •Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
  • •Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for friendly and adversary tactics.
  • •Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting, with strong verbal and written communication.
