Job Summary

Lead strategic revenue growth across Renewals, Upsells, Acquisitions, and promotions by building and scaling a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization. Own client engagement as a brand ambassador, partnering with SDR and Sales Operations to improve acquisition and conversion. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts, monitor KPIs, and use customer feedback to drive actionable improvements while coaching and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep expertise in the Property Finder marketplace and solution portfolio to position value across customer segments.
•Build and scale the Egypt business through targeted acquisition and retention strategies and local go-to-market execution.
•Partner cross-functionally with SDR and Sales Operations to streamline acquisition and optimize conversion using data insights.
•Deliver accurate revenue forecasts across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles while monitoring KPIs and driving timely interventions.
•Hire, develop, and coach a consultative sales team, engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and drive long-term satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Science; MBA preferred.
•10+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based marketplaces with proven sales and account management success.
•Minimum 5 years leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with consistent target achievement.
•Strong analytical acumen with a metrics-first approach and service-oriented leadership with empathy.
