Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive SSv Technology’s strategic delivery direction, translating business priorities into executable outcome-based plans.
  • •Lead delivery and execution of large, complex, business-critical initiatives spanning multiple sub-value streams.
  • •Orchestrate delivery across business, operations, architecture and engineering to resolve ambiguity and accelerate decisions.
  • •Operate the strategic initiatives pipeline for intake, prioritisation, dependency mapping, resourcing, mobilisation, and governance.
  • •Provide inclusive, high-impact leadership across the delivery organisation, building a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and delivery at pace.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record mobilising and leading strategic change and/or technology delivery in a complex, multinational environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience shaping technology and solution architecture with architects and engineering teams, balancing resilience, security, scalability, and delivery pragmatism.
  • •Ability to operate effectively with senior sponsors and stakeholders across business and technology.
  • •Experience leading delivery across multiple teams, locations, and methodologies, including remote development teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of the Securities Services business and strong understanding of engineering controls and modern enterprise technology practices.
