Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously, supporting efficient hiring outcomes.
  • •Ensure a smooth candidate experience using timely communication, clear feedback, and professionalism.
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional support throughout hiring.
  • •Proactively source and build/maintain pipelines of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing strategies and labor market trend insights.
  • •Track candidates and use ATS reporting/metrics in Workday to maintain accurate records and meet regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Proficiency in computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • •Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • •Ability to travel to other locations (25% of the time), including possible short-notice travel or overnight stays.
