Engineering Manager, Research Data Platform

Lead the Research Data Platform team as a technical leader and people manager, partnering with researchers and support engineers to understand workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities. Set technical direction across platform components and canonical datasets (including the core RL transcript data model), build libraries and services other teams integrate with, and own end-to-end dataset pipelines, schemas, documentation, and guarantees. Drive convergence, run complex multi-quarter projects, and raise the team’s technical bar through design reviews and mentorship.
