Key Responsibilities

•Review and interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, and product information to support daily aftermarket operations.
•Maintain accurate and complete product data across internal systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and proper documentation.
•Perform data validation, error checking, and information updates to support reliable decision-making and smooth workflows.
•Analyze product information and system records to resolve questions and support troubleshooting and improved data clarity.
•Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams and assist with process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, and basic data cleanup.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical data.
•Basic understanding of mechanical components or willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
•Ability to read and understand English technical documents; CET-4 minimum.
