Job Summary

Lead risk transformation quality-control efforts within Internal Audit, coordinating planning and delivery of short- and long-term outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate Risk Transformation across the Internal Audit Group to build accountability, collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
•Evaluate audit documentation and QC artifacts for consistency with IAG methodology, quality standards, guidance, and PMO review protocols.
•Identify documentation gaps, data inconsistencies, completeness/timeliness issues, and execution risks; document QC findings and support resolution with owners.
•Apply data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled techniques to streamline QC, improve data integrity, and reduce manual effort in recurring PMO processes.
•Monitor and report QC status and key metrics for PMO leadership, guide issue resolution, and coach less experienced colleagues and co-sourced resources.
