Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in translating client business requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective AI and cloud solutions.
  • •Support senior architects in customer discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and technical engagements.
  • •Contribute to cloud-native and AI-powered designs, including AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and agentic AI applications using RAG.
  • •Help with evaluation, selection, and implementation of foundation models and AI services to address customer needs.
  • •Provide pre-sales technical support by analysing requirements, producing technical design documentation/diagrams, supporting POCs/demos, and contributing to RFP/RFI responses.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of professional experience in a technology services, software engineering, cloud, AI, technical consulting, or related environment.
  • •Foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, security, and application services.
  • •Exposure to cloud platforms through internships, university projects, personal projects, labs, certifications, or professional experience.
  • •Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, automation, scripting, or programming.
  • •Ability to create technical documentation, diagrams, presentations, and solution artefacts.
