Job Summary

Senior Account Executive responsible for hunting and closing mid-market opportunities in New Zealand. •Proactively hunt and pursue fresh business opportunities throughout New Zealand, leveraging your network and strategic prospecting in the SME segment.
•Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new logos.
•Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts with legal, finance, and strategy through execution.
•Build and manage a robust and reliable pipeline and help define best practices that will be the foundation for the NZ sales team.
•Hit KPIs and revenue targets, leveraging a solution-selling approach to tailor proposals for diverse use cases.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in enterprise tech sales with a proven track record of hitting quotas and selling solutions
•Proven success in tech sales with the ability to drive growth in a competitive market
•Ability to work independently and take initiative while delivering results
•Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
•Exceptional communication skills and comfort selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders
