Job Summary

Deliver advanced supply support across Material Supply Support activities by managing inventory performance, subcontractor deliverables, and supplier performance. Partner with subcontractors, suppliers, and Commercial/Procurement teams to ensure alignment on schedules, risks, and outcomes. Support vendor onboarding and due diligence, administer Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), contribute to governance and compliance, and maintain supply chain data repositories using ERP and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage subcontractor activities, including coordination of deliverables, schedules, and performance outcomes.
•Conduct subcontractor status reviews and maintain visibility of risks, issues, and performance metrics.
•Support supplier performance management by monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement initiatives.
•Administer subcontract deliverables, including Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and reporting, and support calibration subcontract administration and compliance.
•Perform advanced inventory management (analysis, reconciliation, and optimisation) and develop reporting on inventory, supplier performance, and subcontractor status.

Key Requirements

•A university degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
•Minimum 8–12 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
•Experience in inventory management and supplier or subcontractor management.
•Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
•Practical knowledge of Defence or complex supply chain environments, including inventory optimisation and warehousing.
