Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage subcontractor activities, including coordination of deliverables, schedules, and performance outcomes.
  • •Conduct subcontractor status reviews and maintain visibility of risks, issues, and performance metrics.
  • •Support supplier performance management by monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement initiatives.
  • •Administer subcontract deliverables, including Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and reporting, and support calibration subcontract administration and compliance.
  • •Perform advanced inventory management (analysis, reconciliation, and optimisation) and develop reporting on inventory, supplier performance, and subcontractor status.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
  • •Experience in inventory management and supplier or subcontractor management.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • •Practical knowledge of Defence or complex supply chain environments, including inventory optimisation and warehousing.
