Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Editor’s complex calendar, prioritize meeting requests, and handle scheduling conflicts discreetly.
  • •Oversee day-to-day office operations, including processing expenses and coordinating international and domestic travel.
  • •Provide high-level editorial and administrative support for meetings, including documentation, preparation of materials, and follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate events, projects, and special initiatives for The World of Interiors, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • •Act as a key liaison with colleagues, external contributors, and partners, and support the Creative Director at Large with schedules and shoot logistics.
