Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in running the outlet effectively and representing the brand’s image and values. Help drive store KPIs, sales and weekly/daily targets, monitor performance through reporting, and develop action plans. •Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product trainings; take store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent and ensure visual standards are followed.
