Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with project managers and discipline leads on engineering tasks and other assigned duties.
  • •Prepare and oversee deliverables including calculations, drawings, design, and specifications for roadway/highway design and transportation/transit systems.
  • •Provide QA/QC for project deliverables and guide junior engineers.
  • •Collaborate with other disciplines to research, analyze, and resolve complex transportation analysis and design issues.
  • •Coordinate with clients and subconsultants, and support business development via technical writing for RFP/RFQ/SOQ responses plus scope and fee development.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field plus 4 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience performing roadway, highway, transit, and civil engineering design for transportation projects.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, OpenRoads, Microstation, and Microsoft Office (or other relevant software).
  • •Familiarity with proposal preparation and business development activities.
  • •Ability to lead project tasks and teams while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
