Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal guidance and counsel to senior management on issues affecting the Jumeirah group.
  • •Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to support compliance with legal requirements.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate major contracts and agreements, including vendor, partnership, and client agreements.
  • •Support real estate transactions and development projects, collaborating with internal teams and external counsel.
  • •Oversee disputes, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and manage IP and corporate governance matters.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of post-qualification legal experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • •Senior in-house legal role experience within an international luxury hospitality company or a recognized multinational blue-chip organization.
  • •Proven experience advising senior management on complex legal matters.
  • •Strong knowledge of legal aspects of contracts and asset management, especially for the UAE.
  • •Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D) (or equivalent) and admission to the relevant bar (or equivalent) to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
