Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead fabrication/manufacturing activities to complete customer requirements and achieve production schedule, NPI goals, product quality, product cost, and employee safety targets.
  • •Run/participate in TIER (safety, startup, and production follow-up) meetings per Leader Standard Work and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement using Eaton Business System (EBS) and CIF.
  • •Monitor performance indicators and take corrective actions to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals; support performance management and workforce actions.
  • •Ensure required documentation and system transactions are executed to meet customer, manufacturing system, and financial reporting requirements while following applicable policies and procedures.
  • •Drive continuous improvement actions (including Kaizen), define root causes for scrap and rework, and implement permanent corrective actions in compliance with management system standards (EQMS, MESH, AEO, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, electromechanical engineering, or similar.
  • •3 years of experience in painting and assembly operations.
  • •3 years of experience in leadership.
  • •Powder painting and coating process knowledge and experience, including pre-treatment systems.
  • •Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (MAPICS or SAP desirable).
