Job Summary

Help the Enterprise Services Risk Process Risk Optimization (PRO) team proactively identify, assess, and mitigate process-level risks across areas like cyber, cloud operations, data management, resiliency, and third parties. Partner with business stakeholders to build subject-matter expertise, research emerging regulatory and internal process changes, educate teams on risk principles, and support prioritized program and project delivery with executive-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise business partners on risk and contribute to process improvements and risk reductions across Enterprise Services lines of business.
•Research regulatory and internal process changes to identify emerging risks and improve existing risk areas.
•Educate stakeholders on applying risk management principles aligned to Enterprise frameworks and standards.
•Support process-based assessments by identifying, assessing, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting process-level risks.
•Manage prioritized projects and deliverables across multiple workstreams, escalating issues as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,200 - 163,500 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
•At least 3 years of experience in risk management.
•At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with business clients.
•Bachelor's degree or military experience.
•At least 1 year of Financial Services industry experience.
