Universal Banker Part Time 20 hrs Haywood Road *Saturday Required*

Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned monies. Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting sales activities through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and resolve problems in line with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
