Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform required electronic system maintenance work, including work orders and preventive/predictive maintenance across the plant.
  • •Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and tool resources to minimize waste, downtime, and unit cost.
  • •Communicate with plant personnel to support execution of the electronic maintenance program and provide coverage during production periods, overtime, and absences.
  • •Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
  • •Develop and maintain PLC and plant electronic programming; train maintenance team members on plant electronic systems and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •AS degree in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5-7 years in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls.
  • •Minimum eight years’ experience in a manufacturing facility, with experience in a gravure printing facility as a plus.
  • •Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repairs/replacement of gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • •Broad knowledge of cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears, and proficiency operating automated equipment.
  • •Ability to interpret written/oral/schematic/schedule instructions and solve practical problems where limited standardization exists.
