Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the company floorplan credit lines by ensuring eligible vehicles are added ahead of lender cutoff schedules.
  • •Record journal entries reflecting new liabilities after vehicles are added to the credit line.
  • •Remove sold vehicles from lender credit lines using payoff schedules that maximize cash flow and stay within lender terms.
  • •Record resulting journal entries for payoff activity.
  • •Reconcile affected account schedules at least twice a week and complete other requested tasks/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Access, Word, Office) with 10-key and typing proficiency.
  • •Experience handling high-volume paperwork in multiple computer database systems.
  • •Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with store management.
  • •General ledger experience with debits/credits and automotive accounting experience preferred (but not required).
