Key Responsibilities

•Strategic People Partnership: Collaborate with People leadership to understand business objectives and formulate insights that inform proactive development and delivery of People strategies.
•Employee Relations: Work in partnership with the ER to establish best employee relations practices for our employee base and address issues with Fair application of policies.
•Talent Management: Identify key talent within the People function and develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
•Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes and provide guidance on goal-setting and career progression.
•People Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in developing and communicating People policies ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

•Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
