Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary internal advocate for Merchant Services across multiple banking segments, translating capabilities into banker value propositions.
  • •Develop and deliver merchant services enablement programs including training, sales presentations, workshops, webinars, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
  • •Act as the day-to-day liaison for vendor partnership onboarding, education, and coordination of joint calling, introductions, portfolio reviews, and sales campaigns.
  • •Partner to identify merchant services opportunities through portfolio reviews, pipeline tracking, referrals, and performance monitoring (conversion rates, activation, processing volume, KPIs).
  • •Serve as the primary escalation resource for merchant services issues affecting the broader banking relationship, coordinating internal and vendor resources to resolve them.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, commercial banking, sales, or sales enablement.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of merchant acquiring and payment acceptance (card-present, ecommerce, omnichannel, integrated payments).
  • •Ability to develop trusted relationships with bankers, sales professionals, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
