Showroom Customer Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service on the showroom floor while supporting showroom sales consultants and outside sales associates. You’ll help customers with product knowledge, prepare timely quotations, and process accurate orders, along with updating customer contracts and coordinating deliveries with the warehouse. The role includes answering sales calls for general information and supporting a team-focused environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
