Key Responsibilities

  • •Design new operating models, structures, roles, and RACI maps to address organizational challenges, support growth, and integrate teams post M&A.
  • •Conduct data-driven organizational analyses to assess effectiveness across functions/BUs (spans, layers, grades, workforce distribution).
  • •Create visually compelling presentations to communicate the need for organizational changes and the proposed solutions.
  • •Develop workplans and communication plans for organizational changes; project manage by coordinating People & Communications and business teams.
  • •Own the workforce planning cycle for an Aldar entity and ensure organizational changes are recorded in the OD knowledge management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 11+ years of experience in Organization Design.
  • •Strong knowledge of Organization Design methodology (operating model, structure and role design) delivering tangible business benefits across multiple clients/sectors.
  • •Strategic, analytical, and numerical skills including data visualization.
  • •Excellent PowerPoint skills to create clear, informative, visually compelling documents.
  • •Strong project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams; workforce planning experience preferred.
