•Define and optimize the company portfolio offering strategy to align with long-term business goals.
•Drive full services and product lifecycle from conceptualization and market analysis to launch and performance enhancement.
•Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for pricing, tiering, and coverage; support pricing model calibration with finance and commercial data.
•Track adoption rates, performance metrics, and lifecycle stages of each offering.
•Create and maintain sales enablement materials (datasheets, brochures, battlecards), design proposal templates, and train sales/pre-sales teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
•8-10 years of experience in offering management or business strategy.
•Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to end-of-life.
•Strong market research and competitive analysis experience to identify customer pain points.
•Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and pricing models.
