Job Summary

Develop resolution strategies for classified (special asset) conventional business and commercial banking loans to minimize losses. You’ll analyze financial plans, negotiate loan collection or restructuring, and recommend or oversee litigation, liquidation, or charge-offs. Partner with business line loan officers for non-pass rated relationships, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain risk controls. In this senior role, you may also coach less experienced employees.

•Develop resolution strategies for classified (special asset) loans to minimize losses on the loan portfolio.
•Analyze financial plans and negotiate loan collection or restructuring; recommend or oversee litigation, liquidation, or charge-off.
•Work with business line loan officers to manage non-pass rated borrowing relationships.
•Adhere to bank policies and procedures while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Establish and maintain controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled (and keep staff trained as applicable).

Salary: USD 70,000 - 140,000 annually
