Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, applications, test, marketing, manufacturing, quality/reliability) on new product development and production release.
  • •Design bench evaluation PCBs and generate characterization programs for bench evaluations.
  • •Evaluate, debug, and characterize integrated circuits to confirm product and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Perform failure analysis to determine root cause of reliability/qualification failures and support failure/qualification work.
  • •Analyze characterization data to set production test limits and predict yield; support process/package technology development and work with manufacturing on quality, yield, and cost reductions.
