Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure optimized test coverage across current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes for effective high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products to meet reliability and market readiness needs.
  • •Support new product design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations to perform in-depth circuit analysis.
  • •Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time by resolving device, interface, and stacked die yield issues.
  • •Drive root-cause resolution of manufacturing test flow issues, contribute to DFT strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with fab, design, technology development, test solutions, and quality/reliability teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Solid problem-solving skills focused on root-cause analysis and exploring solution spaces.
  • •Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
  • •Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
