Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify growth opportunities and technological solutions across core Asset Management systems, data platforms, and digital operations.
  • •Develop tech, digital and data strategy/road map and ensure its implementation within FAB Asset Management.
  • •Act as change agent in FAB Asset Management’s digital ambitions, proactively advising leadership on relevant trends.
  • •Develop IT and Data policies and procedures.
  • •Deliver on business KPIs and tech/digital/data adoption targets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in business digital & tech partnering and asset management-focused roles.
  • •Experience with enterprise analytics & AI, digital platform operations, and data governance & quality.
  • •Familiarity with Asset Management Systems (e.g., Portfolio Management System), asset pooling, and tokenization.
  • •Ability to develop and operationalize IT and data strategy and governance policies.
  • •Proven track record delivering business KPIs and driving tech/digital/data adoption in financial services.
