Job Summary

Join the regional procurement team to source software, SaaS and IT services for the Benelux & Nordics business. You’ll lead end-to-end procurement activities, from demand intake and supplier selection to contracting and renewals, negotiate software and cloud agreements, collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Delivery, provide cost and supplier insights, and contribute to business cases and commercial recommendations while ensuring governance and policy adherence.

Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing approach, supplier selection, contracting and renewals.
•Assist in the negotiation of software, SaaS and cloud-related agreements, focusing on value, risk and compliance.
•Work in close alignment with Sales, Legal, Finance and Risk teams, ensuring business priorities are translated into procurement outcomes.
•Provide fact-based insights on costs, contract terms and supplier performance.
•Contribute to the preparation of business cases and commercial recommendations while ensuring adherence to procurement policies, governance and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in procurement, IT, consulting, finance or a commercial role.
•Strong interest in technology, software and digital business models.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and structured information.
•Clear and professional communication skills.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, IT or equivalent through experience.
