Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service standards and deliver enthusiastic, professional interactions with customers and employees.
  • •Process teller transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, change orders) and maintain cash drawer balancing daily.
  • •Verify identification and follow policies to avoid fraudulent activity, including compliance procedures for CTRs, SARs, monetary logs, and Reg CC holds.
  • •Know bank products/services, explain key benefits, and identify cross-sell opportunities; direct customers to other departments as needed.
  • •Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive bank information and comply with applicable laws and regulations (including BSA/anti-money laundering).

Key Requirements
