Job Summary

Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual telehealth clinic. Work with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver treatments such as FBT and CBT-E, maintain quality clinical documentation, assess and diagnose mental health conditions, and support patients through between-session messaging. Maintain a caseload with a mix of direct care and administrative time, participate in training and supervision, and ensure licensure requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
•Deliver treatments including FBT and CBT-E (including CBT for ARFID) for patients and their loved ones across the lifespan.
•Maintain a caseload of 30–40, with 20–26 hours expected for direct care and remaining time for administrative tasks.
•Use between-session messaging and the Equip EMR to support patients and communicate with the care team.
•Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and collaborate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.

•Active, unrestricted, independent license to practice psychotherapy in North Dakota.

•Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
