Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary transformation and product partner for assigned business portfolios, understanding strategic objectives, processes, customer journeys, and future requirements.
  • •Lead requirements activities (workshops, interviews, process reviews, customer journey mapping) and translate findings into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • •Own and maintain the product backlog, roadmap, enhancement pipeline, and release priorities, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • •Coordinate Agile ceremonies and co-lead User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, defect validation, acceptance decisions, and sign-off.
  • •Drive business readiness and benefits realization by coordinating training/data readiness/cutover activities, tracking KPIs and adoption, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • •5–7 years of relevant experience in product ownership, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or enterprise solution implementation.
  • •Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, developing user stories, managing backlogs, validating solutions, and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
  • •Experience coordinating business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
  • •Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, product governance, release planning, risk management, and requirements traceability.
