Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE for daily patient visits.
  • •Access schedule and navigate to patients’ homes using modern technology.
  • •Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and deliver services comfortably.
  • •Perform sample collection/specimen labeling and coordinate drop-off to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
  • •Provide patient-centric diagnostic and preventative care (e.g., phlebotomy, diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and retina/foot screenings) and adapt with last-minute problem solving.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and readiness to provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients’ homes.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Operate autonomously with strong communication skills; able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • •State required licensure/proof of training, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Driver’s License (plus current vehicle insurance, where required).
