•Be primary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients.
•Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication, understanding of their needs, and supporting inquiries.
•Assist users to navigate OKX range of product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates on the platform and products.
•Oversee VIP upgrades and various product configurations.
•Contribute to regional strategies and align objectives with company goals, staying on timelines.

Key Requirements

•Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related space
•Strong client management skills including maintaining relationships, organizing client profiles, and incentivising client business activities

•Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a strong plus
