Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, tear down, and sanitize/clean the saw and prepare it for use.
  • •Run the saw to maximize speed, slicing yield, and percent acceptable products.
  • •Perform minor maintenance including changing blades and cleaning to keep the saw running efficiently.
  • •Complete paperwork and process control checks, and maintain general housekeeping duties in the department.
  • •Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements and complete job rotation as needed.
