Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program and project performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Oversee people management responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff, including training/mentoring and succession planning.
  • •Lead business development activities to grow profitable backlog, including budgets, wins/bookings optimization, and capture strategies for key pursuits.
  • •Serve as a focal point and escalation resource for project issues, addressing governance/risk triggers and operational challenges (e.g., resourcing, invoicing, cash collection, vendor concerns).
  • •Apply a digital mindset by embracing AI and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, operational excellence, business development, and client value.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
