Coordinate the end-to-end process of heat pump installations—from estimates through post-install customer follow-up. Own installation tracking, manage scheduling for walk-throughs, installs, and inspections, and develop the permitting process. Maintain and report on scheduled installs while coordinating with install teams, permits, and warehouse/equipment allocation. Create process documentation and training materials, and participate in selecting and configuring business systems to improve customer flows and service quality.
